Guarantors provide their own name, contact details, address, occupation and identification through a secure link.
We do not ask for information that is not needed for recruitment consideration.
How we use your information
Your information is used to verify your identity and background, to consider you for available vacancies, to present your profile to prospective employers, and to communicate with you about your application.
Who can see your information
Applicant records and uploaded documents are stored in a secured database. Access rules allow you to see your own records, and allow only authorised agency staff and administrators to see applicant records for recruitment purposes. Applicant information is never published on the public website and is never made available to search engines.
Document storage
Uploaded files (photographs, identification and signatures) are kept in protected storage. They are not served from public links; access is granted only through short-lived, authorised links to permitted users.
How long we keep information
We retain applicant records for as long as needed to consider you for opportunities and to keep an accurate recruitment record. You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time.
